From incoming inspection and laboratory testing of raw fiber materials to production process monitoring, evaluation of finished fabrics and felts, final release management, and shipment approval—every step strictly adheres to established procedures. All inspections are documented, traceable, and clearly labeled to ensure complete transparency.
We control the quality of raw fiber materials and oversee every step of processing, shaping, finishing, and testing within an integrated production system. This allows us to ensure that every batch of products exhibits consistent thermal properties, mechanical stability, and long-term reliability.
Our quality system is designed to meet the high standards required for industrial, protective, and high-temperature applications.
We focus on the large-scale production of high-performance fibers and industrial textile materials—providing not only precise and reliable products but also a long-term, stable supply.
The purchasing department should notify the quality department of the inspection report before the supplier’s materials arrive. Upon arrival, the warehouse keeper will notify the quality department’s inspector to conduct inspection and testing.
The inspector will sample, collect samples, and conduct inspections and tests according to the inspection report information and the “Quality Inspection Specifications” or other relevant requirements. Test items will be sent by the inspector to the analysis and testing center for testing.
Based on the inspection and testing results, the inspector will issue an incoming material inspection conclusion and fill out an “Incoming Material Inspection Report.” Qualified materials will be processed for warehousing by the warehouse keeper.
Unqualified materials will be labeled with a red “Unqualified” tag by the inspector and handled according to the “Non-conforming Product Control Procedure.” The purchasing department will then process the return or coordinate the handling of the matter.
Every operator performs self-inspections according to detailed work instructions, recording data on traceable production cards. Any abnormality is immediately documented, reported, and, when necessary, the material is clearly identified and isolated.
Our Quality team verifies all issues, implements corrective actions, and confirms their effectiveness before production continues. Routine patrol inspections and sampling checks are carried out under our Quality Control Plan to ensure consistency at every stage.
All product shipments are planned and production is conducted according to controlled standards. Every product is inspected, recorded, and approved; any non-conforming items are clearly identified, isolated, and reported to supervisors and the quality team. All production data—including conforming products, non-conforming products, and material balance—are accurately recorded to ensure full traceability.
Our quality inspectors verify all reported issues, conduct routine and random checks, and take corrective action as necessary. No non-conforming product is released, and no product is accepted into the warehouse without formal approval from the quality department.
Before shipment, our team rigorously packages products according to the shipping plan and packaging standards. We issue official factory inspection reports, reviewed by our quality control supervisor, based on customer requirements or acceptance criteria. Every shipment undergoes inspection, verification, and approval—because reliable delivery is a crucial component of product quality.
